It’s been a minute since I’ve created an illustration just for kicks.
I’m super grateful for all of the holiday orders I received last year, but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit how tired and burnt out they made me. Commissions are a fun way for me to expand on my craft, but sometimes I get a little bummed when I receive more custom projects vs. selling prints i’ve already created. Like I said, I’m SUPER grateful for every order I receive, share I get on social media, and repeat customers, but a break was necessary for me to get my mind right.
I’m still accepting custom orders, but I am taking a break from couple portraits.

I don’t post here very often, but I would like to start updating it with mini-adventures and current projects I’m working on. Taking advantage of this decision immediately by sharing a few film gems from my first trip to New Orleans last weekend. Before you ask, it was a very safe + very masked trip with a lot of sunshine.
